We want a positive, safe, and focused training environment for all athletes.

Athlete Expectations
Athletes are expected to:

Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, and staff

Listen, follow instructions, and stay engaged during training

Use appropriate language and behavior
-
Keep hands/feet to themselves (no fighting, bullying, or intimidation)
-
Wear proper gear (shin guards/cleats as required) and bring water
-
Report injuries or unsafe situations to a coach immediately
Parent/Guardian Expectations
Parents/guardians are expected to:
-
Be respectful to coaches, athletes, staff, and referees (if applicable)
-
Allow coaches to coach (avoid coaching over the coach)
-
Communicate concerns calmly and privately—not during training
-
Ensure accurate emergency contact info and pick up on time
-
Supervise siblings at all times (if present)
Safety & Behavior
We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or threats
-
Physical aggression or unsafe conduct
-
Alcohol, drugs, vaping, or weapons at training locations
Discipline
If expectations are not met, we may take action including:
-
Verbal warning
-
Removal from the session
-
Suspension from future sessions/camps
Refunds/credits follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
