Refund Policy

Effective Date: 02/19/2026

 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, sessions, camps, clinics, programs, and purchases made through PremierTraining.us (“Premier Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 


1) All Sales Final

 

All registrations and purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once payment is completed, no cash refunds will be issued for cancellations, schedule conflicts, illness, injuries, no-shows, or any other reason.


2) Credits (At Our Discretion)

 

Premier Training may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit toward a future session, camp, or program.

Credits:

- Are not guaranteed

- Are non-transferable unless approved in writing

- Have no cash value

- Must be used within 12 months of issue (unless otherwise stated)

- Requests for credit must be submitted by email to admin@premiersoccertraining.us

 

3) Weather or Session Cancellations by Premier Training

 

If Premier Training cancels a session due to:

- Weather

- Field closures

- Safety concerns

Low enrollment

- Coach unavailability

Facility issues

We may:

Reschedule the session, OR Issue a credit toward a future session

Refunds will not be issued.

 

4) Schedule Changes

 

Schedules, locations, and coaches may change as necessary. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

 

5) Chargebacks

 

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or reserved. Any disputes must be addressed directly with Premier Training.
