These Terms govern your use of PremierTraining.us and any registrations, purchases, and participation in Premier Training programs.

 

1. Who We Are

Premier Training provides sports training sessions, camps, clinics, and related services.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to register and pay online. Parents/guardians may register minors.

 

3. Registrations & Accuracy

You agree the information you provide is accurate, including emergency contacts and medical notes.

 

4. Fees & Payments

• Fees are due at registration unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change, but confirmed registrations remain at the confirmed price.

 

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds ​

• All sales final; credits may be offered at our discretion.

• Weather cancellations: we may reschedule or offer credit.

6. Weather & Safety

We may cancel, modify, or reschedule sessions for weather, field closures, safety concerns, or coach availability.

 

7. Participant Conduct

We can remove a participant for unsafe behavior, repeated disruption, harassment, or violating rules. Refunds/credits are at our discretion in these cases.

 

8. Medical & Emergency

You confirm the participant is physically able to participate. In an emergency, you authorize Premier Training staff to obtain medical care and you agree you are responsible for costs not covered by insurance.

 

9. Photos & Video (Media Release)

We may take photos/video during sessions for marketing and training-related content.
If you want an opt-out option, add: “Email us before the session to opt out.”

 

10. Assumption of Risk / Waiver

Participation involves risks (falls, collisions, injuries). To the extent allowed by law, you assume these risks and release Premier Training from claims arising from ordinary negligence.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, training materials, text, photos) belongs to Premier Training and may not be copied without permission.

 

12. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

13. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results (scholarships, team placement, performance outcomes, etc.).

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland.
